Refund Policy

Hostifull Refund Policy

At Hostifull, we strive to provide high-quality services and ensure customer satisfaction. However, we understand that there may be situations where a refund is necessary. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds are granted.

  1. Eligibility for Refunds

      1.1 Refundable Services

Refunds are available for the following services, provided the refund request is made within 30 days of the initial purchase:

  • Web Hosting Plans
  • VPS Hosting Plans
  • WooCommerce Hosting
  • WordPress Hosting

      1.2 Non-Refundable Services

The following services are non-refundable:

  • Domain Registrations and Renewals
  • Dedicated Servers
  • Bare Metal Servers
  • Colocation services
  • SSL Certificates
  • Custom Configurations
  • Setup Fees
  • Services purchased with promotional or discount codes
  • Additional IPs
  • Add-ons
  • Licenses
  • Control Panel licenses

  1. Refund Process

      2.1 How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our support team at info@hostifull.com with the following information:

  • Your Account ID or Order Number.
  • A detailed explanation of the reason for the refund request.

      2.2 Refund Review

All refund requests will be reviewed within 7 business days. We may contact you for additional information if needed.

      2.3 Refund Approval

If your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed within 14 business days. The refund will be issued to the account balance – wallet.

  1. Refund Conditions

      3.1 Service Usage

Refunds are only available if the service has not been used extensively. If the service has been actively used (e.g., high bandwidth consumption, significant resource usage), the refund may be prorated or denied.

      3.2 Free Domain Names

If your service plan includes a free domain name, the cost of the domain will be deducted from the refund amount. The domain will remain registered under your name.

      3.3 Multiple Refunds

You are only eligible for one refund. Subsequent refund requests for the same or other service will not be granted.

  1. Service Credits

      4.1 In-Store Credits

Instead of a monetary refund, we will proceed in-store credits that can be used for future purchases. These credits are non-transferable and will expire after 2 years.

      4.2 Credit Usage

In-store credits can be used to purchase any Hostifull service, excluding non-refundable services like domain registrations and SSL certificates and others – see 1.2 Non-Refundable Services.

  1. Exceptions

      5.1 Violation of Terms of Service

If your account is terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy, you will not be eligible for a refund.

      5.2 Force Majeure

Refunds will not be issued for service interruptions caused by events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, war, or government actions.

  1. Cancellation of Services

      6.1 Service Cancellation

If you wish to cancel a service, you must do so before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged. Cancellation requests can be submitted through your User Panel or by contacting our support team.

      6.2 Refund for Cancelled Services

If you cancel a service within the first 30 days, you may be eligible for a refund as outlined in this policy. After 30 days, no refunds will be issued for cancelled services.
